AUMIRAH, a law firm specializing in intellectual property and corporate law, is currently seeking talented individuals to join their team. They have the following job vacancies available: Trademark Paralegal

PQE: 1-2 Years

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trademark Paralegal in India.
• Strong understanding of trademark law, procedures, and regulations in India.
• Familiarity with trademark databases, search tools, and online resources.
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive trademark searches and analyzing search results.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• As a Trademark Paralegal at AUMIRAH, you will support their trademark attorneys in managing trademark portfolios, conducting trademark searches, preparing legal documents, and assisting with trademark prosecution matters.
