Details of the Job/Internship

Integreon is hiring a Trademark Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property team. The role involves assisting with U.S. and international trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of U.S. and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Conduct trademark searches and prepare reports for attorney review.
• File and monitor trademark applications, renewals, oppositions, and responses to office actions.
• Manage and maintain trademark dockets and ensure timely tracking of all deadlines.
• Draft and file routine correspondence with the USPTO and foreign counsel.
• Support attorneys in enforcement efforts, including cease-and-desist letters, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct research regarding trademarks, brand usage, and related IP issues.
• Coordinate with internal business teams and external vendors on trademark use, clearance, and enforcement.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trademark paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark filing procedures.
• Proficiency with docketing systems and IP management databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
