Details of the Job/Internship
KAnalysis Consultants is hiring for the position of Trademark Paralegal to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of trademark applications.
- Conduct due diligence and clearance searches.
- Maintain and manage docketing systems and trademark portfolios.
- Assist in the enforcement and protection of trademark rights.
- Conduct legal and industry research related to trademark law.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in Trademarks and due diligence.
- Familiarity with Patent Law and docketing practices.
- Basic understanding of Copyright Law.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
- Experience in the intellectual property sector will be considered a strong plus.
