Details of the Job/Internship

KRIA Law is hiring an IP Litigation Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and filing of trademark applications and other requests.
• Manage the firm's trademark docketing system an densure deadlines are met.
• Assist with the maintenance of the firm's global trademark portfolio.
• Assist with filing trademark oppositions and cancellations.
• Assist in updation of records and data in the firm's database.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Atleast 1-2 years of experience in trademark prosecution, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Knowledge of trademark laws and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal commnunication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and trademark search tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
