Details of the Job/Internship
KRIA Law is hiring a Trademark Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join its team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and vet covering letters, pleadings, and statutory filings.
- Liaise with the Trademarks and Copyright Office and maintain professional rapport with Registry officials.
- Coordinate with domestic and international associates, counsels, and clients.
- Monitor and manage statutory deadlines, including docketing and follow-ups.
- Handle, organise, and maintain trademark prosecution and enforcement documents.
- Prioritise and manage documentation and filings across multiple client portfolios.
