Lexorbis is hiring Trademark Paralegal to join their office in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and file trademark applications with relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate trademark databases, including monitoring deadlines and renewals.
- Conduct detailed trademark searches and provide comprehensive search reports.
- Assist in drafting trademark-related documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients for seamless trademark-related operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in Trademarks and Designs will be preferred.
- Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and legal research databases.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of trademark filing procedures and compliance requirements.
