Details of the Job/Internship

MarkmyBrand is hiring for the position of Trademark Paralegal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare and electronically file Trademark Applications, Affidavits, Trademark Assignments, renewals, etc.
• Draft responses to Trademark objections.
• Maintain diaries for crucial due dates, conduct trademark searches, and oversee trademark portfolio management.
• Conduct searches in the trademark journal and Trademark Database.
• Provide support to attorneys in the preparation of documents related to oppositions and TLA hearings.
• Prepare and send emails to clients and government departments.

Eligibility

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive and organized working approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience.

Salary/Stipend
