OSCAR Global Services is hiring for the position of Trademark Paralegal to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for tasks related to trademarks, due diligence, Trademark law, and docketing, on a day-to-day basis.
Eligibility
- Trademark and Copyright Law skills
- Experience in Due Diligence
- Knowledge of Trademark Law added advantage
- Docketing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Trademark Filing
