Details of the Job/Internship
R K Dewan & Co. is hiring for the position of Trademark Paralegal to join their Mumbai office.
Terms and conditions: Candidates will be required to sign a contract for a minimum period of three years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in Trademark filing, maintaining filing systems and formal work to drafting and submission of documents.
- Drafting letters and maintaining files.
Eligibility
- Graduate with good academic records.
- 1 year of work experience as 'Trademark Paralegal' preferred.
- Good command of the English language & good communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, with an analytical personality.
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Networking, Internet & Email).
- Capable of handling emails and managing files efficiently.
- Capable of handling independent correspondence.
- Capable of handling difficult situations & deadlines.
- Capable of interacting confidently with clients, associates and other members of the team regularly.
