Details of the Job/Internship
Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring for the position of Trademark Paralegal with a PQE of 2-4 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate should have good law firm experience in handling trademark prosecution matters and large client portfolios.
- Experience with copyright prosecution would be a plus.
- The candidate should also have a good attitude towards work and a willingness to learn and prosper in a fast-paced work environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any Stream.
- Computer Course in MS Office (preferable).
- Proficiency in writing emails in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to do filings at the Trade Marks Registry fairly independently.
- Docketing skills (online & offline).
- Experience with data management systems and software and many more.
