S&A Law Offices is hiring a Partner – Trademark with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead their trademark prosecution team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the trademark prosecution team and ensure timely, quality service delivery.
• Handle the entire trademark lifecycle, including filing, objections, hearings, oppositions, and enforcement.
• Represent clients before the Trademarks Registry.
• Advise on portfolio management and compliance.
• Manage, mentor, and review the work of associates and paralegals.
• Maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Full-time LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Qualified Trademark Agent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an IP firm.
• Attended INTA conferences (preferred).

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
