Details of the Job/Internship

Riwaayat Enterprises is hiring a Trademark professional with experience of to join their office in Lucknow. This is a temporary remote role involving management and oversight of trademark registrations, conducting trademark searches and analysis, ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property laws, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with legal counsel and stakeholders on trademark matters. The role also includes drafting and reviewing trademark documentation and providing insights on brand protection strategies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee trademark registrations.
• Conduct trademark searches and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.
• Maintain accurate trademark records.
• Liaise with legal counsel and stakeholders to manage trademark-related matters.
• Draft and review trademark-related documentation.
• Provide insights on brand protection strategies.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of intellectual property, trademark laws, and brand protection.
• Experience in conducting trademark searches, filing applications, and managing registrations.
• Attention to detail with proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with legal and business teams.
• Previous experience in a legal or intellectual property-focused role is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
