Details of the Job/Internship

Sim And San is hiring a Trademark Prosecution Attorney with experience of 5+ years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling trademark oppositions and cancellations.
• Assisting with trademark registrations.
• Providing legal advice on intellectual property rights.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience in Trademark Prosecution, Oppositions, and Cancellations.
• Able to manage deadlines for filing TM oppositions.
• Capable of independently handling TM filings, opposition filings etc.
• Strong knowledge of Indian trademark laws, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
• Intellectual Property and Trademarks expertise.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Salary/Stipend
