Details of the Job/Internship

KAnalysis is hiring an experienced Trademark/IPR Professional with 3–5 years of experience to join their global portfolio team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive global trademark portfolios across multiple jurisdictions, including India and the US.
• Execute and oversee international filings, oppositions, renewals, and legal enforcement actions.
• Coordinate seamlessly with international associates, foreign attorneys, and global clients.
• Conduct exhaustive trademark searches, clearance reports, and detailed risk assessments.
• Develop and implement long-term global IP protection and brand management strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with international IP laws, treaties (like the Madrid Protocol), and statutory deadlines.
• Prepare internal notes and client advisories on evolving global IP regulations and case law.
• Monitor global trademark journals and databases for potential infringements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); an LLM with an IP specialization is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in the Trademark/IPR domain, specifically within the International domain.
• Strong working knowledge of global trademark laws, filing procedures, and international treaties.
• Proven experience in handling international trademark filings and managing global portfolios.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for international coordination.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex deadlines across different time zones.
