Details of the Job/Internship

Accures IP Care LLP is hiring for the position of Trademarks Paralegal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client databases; respond promptly to client inquiries and related communications.
• Assemble documentation and prepare formal paperwork related to trademark applications, prosecutions, oppositions, and renewals.
• File and upload necessary forms with the Indian Trademark Office.
• Generate docket reports and assist senior IP professionals with IP docketing and compliance tasks.
• Prepare client invoices and track billable hours.
• Schedule client meetings and monitor important court dates and statutory deadlines.
• Support internal documentation, including presentations, reports, and templates, while maintaining effective client and team communication.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing trademark docketing and prosecution.
• Proficiency in handling large trademark portfolios and maintaining IP records.
• Solid knowledge of Indian Trademark laws, application processes, and prosecution procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to generate and interpret docket reports.
• Effective research, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Salary/Stipend
