Details of the Job/Internship
Alternis Ita (AI) Legal Partners is hiring a Trainee Associate – Corporate Law to join their corporate law practice in Jaipur. The role involves working on high-value transactions, regulatory compliance matters, and strategic legal advisory for a diverse client portfolio, along with gaining hands-on experience in corporate structuring, investment documentation, and commercial contracts.
Eligibility
Candidates should have a strong foundation in corporate law with prior practical exposure through internships or work experience in any of the following areas:
- Contract drafting, negotiation, and review, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, shareholder agreements, and partnership deeds.
- Company incorporation, board governance, and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
- Private equity, venture capital, and startup advisory.
- Commercial and intellectual property matters.
- Preferred knowledge includes FEMA and FDI regulations, SEBI guidelines, legal research, memoranda drafting, opinion writing, regulatory filings, and corporate secretarial practice.
