Clergy and Wisemen LLP is hiring a Trainee Associate for its General Corporate Team to join their office in Delhi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for motivated law students in their final year or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in corporate legal work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements.
• Assist with corporate compliance matters.
• Prepare legal advisories and research notes.
• Support corporate due diligence exercises.
• Conduct trademark searches and file applications.
• Collaborate with team members on client deliverables.

Eligibility

• Final year law students or recent law graduates.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
