Clergy and Wisemen (C&W) is hiring for the position of Trainee Associate - General Corporate to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements.
• Assist with corporate compliance and regulatory matters.
• Prepare legal advisories, research notes, and case summaries.
• Support corporate due diligence exercises.
• Conduct trademark searches and assist with application filings.
• Collaborate with team members on client deliverables and projects.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Salary/Stipend
