Details of the Job/Internship
A2i Legal is hiring two full-time, on-site Trainee Associates for its Corporate Office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate contracts for corporate and commercial clients.
- Collaborate with senior counsel to deliver accurate, risk-mitigated agreements.
- Support governance frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance strategies.
- Assist in policy drafting, regulatory audits, and advisory matters.
- Work on compliance mandates relating to NBFCs, data protection, and corporate laws.
- Use cloud-based and legal technology tools for efficient legal operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or final-year law student from a recognized university.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and document review skills.
- Good communication, client management, and contract analysis abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance management, corporate advisory, or IPR, preferred for relevant roles.
- Proficiency with LegalTech tools, OneDrive, and MS Office suite.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and interest in legal developments.
- Prior internship or experience in legal, contract, or compliance roles is an advantage.
