Details of the Job/Internship

AK & Partners is looking for a candidate for the position of Trainee Associate for their Disputes/Litigation Practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Observing court proceedings and hearings.
• Legal research, drafting assistance, and matter preparation.
• Exposure to litigation strategy and dispute management.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with less than 1 year of experience. Freshers with at least 5 onsite disputes internships eligible.
• Strong interest in litigation and disputes.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available by 1 March.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
