Alternis Ita (AI) Legal Partners is looking for a candidate for the position of Trainee Associate - Corporate Law in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract drafting and review (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements, shareholder agreements).
- Company incorporation and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, or startup advisory.
- Familiarity with FEMA, FDI regulations, or SEBI guidelines (preferred but not mandatory).
- Legal research and opinion writing.
Eligibility
Looking for candidates who demonstrate a genuine interest in corporate law and have prior exposure—through internships or work experience—to any of the following areas:
- Contract drafting and review (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements, shareholder agreements).
- Company incorporation and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, or startup advisory.
- Familiarity with FEMA, FDI regulations, or SEBI guidelines (preferred but not mandatory).
