Details of the Job/Internship

ANM Global is hiring a Trainee Associate with 0–1 years of experience to join their Corporate Practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior associates and partners in drafting and reviewing corporate commercial agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on various aspects of the Companies Act and regulatory frameworks.
• Support the team in performing legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, case briefs, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to manage documentation and filing requirements.
• Gain hands-on experience in high-quality corporate matters and contribute to strategic legal advisory.
• Maintain organized case files and stay updated on recent judicial and regulatory developments in the corporate sector.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
• 0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated passion for corporate law and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
