Details of the Job/Internship
Eternity Legal is hiring a Trainee Associate for its legal practice in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on matters related to Electricity Laws, Corporate Commercial transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including agreements and petitions.
- Handle litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Take responsibility for assignments from initiation to completion under guidance.
Eligibility
Law graduates with 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience for Trainee Associate/Associate roles.
