Details of the Job/Internship

FourFold Legal is hiring Trainee Associates under its Assessment-to-Associate Program for upcoming and recently graduated law students.

 Salary:
Assessment Period:
– Month 1: ₹5,000.
– Month 2: ₹10,000.
– Month 3: ₹15,000.
Post-confirmation CTC ranges from ₹3 LPA to ₹8 LPA, including performance-based incentives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle direct client interactions and case-related work.
• Assist in debt settlement and loan resolution matters.
• Support proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).
• Work on matters related to the SARFAESI Act.
• Assist in arbitration and mediation processes.
• Draft legal notices, replies, pleadings, and representations.

Eligibility

• Upcoming or final-year law students.
• Recently graduated law students.
• Proficiency in any of the following languages: Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, or Bengali.
