Details of the Job/Internship

IP Trademark Clinic is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and filing trademark and copyright applications.
• Conduct preliminary and comprehensive trademark searches.
• Support senior associates in preparing responses to examination reports and oppositions.
• Communicate with clients regarding filing requirements and status updates.
• Maintain and update IP databases and case records.
• Conduct legal research on IP laws and precedents.

Eligibility

• LL.B. graduate (freshers may apply).
• Prior exposure to IP law internships, particularly in trademark and copyright prosecution, preferred.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn practical aspects of IP practice.
• Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Patna will be given preference.
