Details of the Job/Internship

MV Kini Law Firm is hiring Associates and Trainee Associates with 6 months to 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation and corporate legal matters.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Draft contracts and IPR-related documents.
• Work within sectors including Media & Entertainment and Banking & Litigation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed college or university.
• Enrolled as an advocate with any State Bar Council.
• Excellent command over English.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal practice.
• Knowledge and experience in contract drafting and intellectual property rights (trademark and copyright) is desirable.
• Creative thinking and a passion for writing are valued.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
