Details of the Job/Internship

ANM Global is hiring a Trainee Associate for its Corporate Practice Team with an opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters.

Role and Responsibilities

Assist in matters related to private equity, venture capital, securities laws, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions.

Eligibility

• Recent law graduates or final semester law students.
• Strong interest in corporate and transactional law.
• Prior internship experience in corporate practice will be an advantage.
• PQE: 0-1 Year.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
