Details of the Job/Internship
Nuvama Group is hiring a Compliance Associate to support regulatory and governance functions within the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring compliance with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain compliance records, trackers, policies, and regulatory circular updates.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of governance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect compliance-related data and documentation.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with internal codes and policies.
- Maintain documentation related to employee declarations and compliance reporting.
Eligibility
- Company Secretary final examination cleared.
- Basic understanding of corporate laws or SEBI (Mutual Funds) regulations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
