Details of the Job/Internship
The Hackett Group, Inc. is hiring for the position of Trainee - HR (Legal) to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintaining the sanctity of policy, procedures and company culture and ensuring its adherence.
- Creating and validating all relevant legal contracts & documents for company with due diligence.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring adherence to companys statutory and labor compliances.
- Maintaining time and attendance of employees.
- Working on employees leave management.
- Accountable for all renewals & licenses.
- Responsible for execution of all employee contracts and agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with current labor laws.
- Work on employees Background Verification.
- Contributing to other HR Activities within the organization.
- Understand the values and vision of the organization.
- Protecting company's Intellectual Property.
Eligibility
- Mandatory educational background - BBA LLB.
- Labor Laws specialization is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills.
- Should be willing to travel.
- Must be enterprising and willing to represent the company at all forums.
- Should be willing to attend Courts (if required).
