Details of the Job/Internship

Ahlawat & Associates is hiring Trainee Lawyers to support its Technology, Media, Telecom, and Intellectual Property practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on technology law, digital business models, and platform regulations.
• Assist with data protection and privacy compliance matters.
• Support advisory work relating to regulation of AI-based businesses.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing software licensing and technology-focused agreements.
• Support trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property matters, including prosecution and advisory work.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates or final-year law students.
• Strong interest in technology law, data protection, crypto laws, and intellectual property.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
