Q-Line Biotech Limited is hiring for the position of Trainee Legal Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Lucknow.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain organized office files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
2. Legal Support:
- Assist in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
- Support case management by organizing case files and tracking deadlines.
3. Client and Attorney Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and attorneys.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the legal team.
4. Document Management:
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files.
- Implement efficient filing and retrieval systems to streamline documentation processes.
5. Project Management:
- Assist in managing legal projects, including discovery requests and trial preparation.
- Conduct document review and assist in compiling case evidence.
6. Legal Research:
- Conduct legal research using online databases and legal resources.
- Compile findings and provide relevant information to support ongoing cases.
7. Software Proficiency:
- Utilize legal software and office applications (MIS/Excel/PPT) for document preparation, file management, and communication.
8. Communication and Client Relations:
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain positive and effective interactions with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders.
9. Problem-Solving:
- Assist in resolving client issues and provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or relevant field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in legal support or as a junior lawyer (Freshers are also welcome).
- License: Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, preferably with junior practice experience in Lucknow courts.
Salary/Stipend
