Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy & Wisemen LLP is hiring a Trainee Legal Associate with eligibility limited to final-year law students to join their General Litigation team in New Delhi for a mandatory 3-month assessment period. The role provides exposure to litigation practice, including drafting, research, and case management, and serves as a bridge between academic study and professional practice. Candidates demonstrating strong performance may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting plaints, petitions, replies, written submissions, and applications.
• Conducting research on procedural and substantive laws.
• Organizing case files and managing daily court diaries.

Eligibility

• Final-year law students.
• Availability for a continuous 3-month in-office traineeship.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent research capabilities.
• Fundamental understanding of civil and commercial laws.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to pursue litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
