Eaton is hiring legal students for a CLM project to support contract-related tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Validation: Validate existing contracts stored in SharePoint against a manifest file (Excel) containing approximately 30 fields such as company names, business details, dates, and signatures.
• Data Population: Accurately populate the manifest file with correct values.
• Data Verification: After contracts are uploaded to DocuSign CLM, ensure that the data provided in the manifest file is correctly uploaded.
