LawSikho is hiring a Trainee for the role of Admissions Sales Representative in a fully remote setup. This opportunity is open to freshers and professionals from non-sales backgrounds who are willing to learn and build a career in sales. The role involves working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and conducting consistent follow-ups to guide prospects through the admissions process. This is not a cold-calling role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and digital sources.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Follow a consultative approach and conduct persistent follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Record interactions and update lead status accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year.
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds seeking a career switch.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic comfort with technology; familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
