LawSikho is hiring an Admissions Sales Representative for freshers and career switchers to join its team in a fully remote role across India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers through provided leads and digital sources.
- Scheduling and conducting virtual meetings with prospective decision-makers.
- Engaging in persistent follow-ups to support admissions conversions.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates or final-year students.
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds seeking a career switch.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic technical comfort; CRM experience is an added advantage.
- Experienced sales professionals are not eligible.
Salary/Stipend
₹10,000 per month stipend during training. ₹65,000 per month post-training (₹40,000 fixed plus incentives).
