Vasisht & Associates, Company Secretaries is hiring a Trainee to join its team in Faridabad. This is an internship role involving assistance in corporate law compliance, drafting, filings, research, and preparation of legal and statutory reports, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate law compliance matters.
- Managing documents and company filings.
- Drafting legal and statutory documents.
- Supporting research and preparation of legal and statutory reports.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of corporate law and related regulations.
- Drafting skills for legal documents, agreements, and reports.
- Ability to conduct research on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning corporate governance and compliance processes.
- Pursuing or completed CS qualification, with familiarity with Company Secretaryship being an advantage.
