Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a full-time remote Trainer & AI Integration Specialist. The role is suited for a qualified lawyer passionate about teaching, automation, and AI, and eager to work across both legal and non-legal domains.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver courses using interactive, Socratic method-based pedagogy.
• Create engaging course materials combining theory with practical application.
• Develop AI-enhanced learning modules.
• Guide students on learning outcomes, career growth, and progress tracking.
• Manage the NPS of assigned courses.
• Help improve course content and pedagogy.
• Work across legal and non-legal domains as required.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of PQE.
• Exceptional AI and automation skills.
• Passion for teaching and learning.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Comfort with remote work and time-tracking software.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
