Details of the Job/Internship

JARS is hiring a Transaction Lawyer – M&A to join their Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on M&A transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documentation related to deals.
• Conduct legal due diligence and analyze regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide strategic legal support to clients.
• Collaborate with financial advisory teams for integrated deal execution.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Strong understanding of corporate law, M&A, and contract law.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing M&A-related documents.
• Proficiency in legal due diligence and regulatory compliance analysis.
• Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in law firms or corporate legal departments focusing on M&A is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
