Details of the Job/Internship
JARS is hiring a Transaction Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Noida
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements and contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and support due diligence processes.
- Identify legal risks and provide tailored legal solutions for complex transactions.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders on transactional matters.
Eligibility
- Relevant law degree with admission to practice law.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in commercial or transaction law is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
