Details of the Job/Internship

JARS is hiring a Transaction Lawyer specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions to join their on-site team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents related to M&A transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence.
• Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide strategic legal support to clients.
• Collaborate with the financial advisory team to support execution of deals.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing M&A documentation.
• Proficiency in conducting legal due diligence and regulatory analysis.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant professional experience and a degree in Law.
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department focusing on M&A transactions is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
