Details of the Job/Internship

Sagar Chandra & Associates is hiring an Intellectual Property Rights professional with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements including assignment deeds, licensing agreements, coexistence agreements, and NDAs.
• Manage end-to-end IP transactions including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
• Liaise with associates and internal teams for trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters.
• Manage IP portfolios and advise on enforcement and protection strategies.
• Advise on IP compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

• Experience in Intellectual Property Rights (transactional and litigation management).
• PQE: 4–6 years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
