Details of the Job/Internship

Cornerstone Law is hiring a Transactional Lawyer – M&A / Corporate / Commercial with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru or Chennai. The role involves working closely with partners on complex commercial transactions, including M&A deals, investments, and sophisticated commercial contracts, while engaging directly with high-quality clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with partners on complex commercial transactions including M&A deals, investments, and commercial contracts.
• Engage directly with clients and handle commercial transactions involving reputed clients.
• Provide a clear and credible overview of the candidate’s role in such transactions.

Eligibility

• 4+ years PQE in M&A, commercial agreements, and general corporate advisory. Experience at a premier law firm and graduation from a reputed law school will be an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
