Role and Responsibilities
- The Trial Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal issues, providing legal advice, conducting trials, and depositions.
- The role will involve representing clients in various legal proceedings and ensuring effective representation in court.
Eligibility
- Law and Legal Issues expertise.
- Experience in conducting Trials and Depositions.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Admission to the Bar Council of India.
- Experience in handling complex litigation cases.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
