Gautam Law Chambers is hiring for the position of Trial Lawyer to join their Nokha Mandi office in Rajasthan.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients: Trial lawyers represent clients in civil and criminal litigation. 
• Gather evidence: Trial lawyers gather information and evidence to support their client's case. 
• Research: Trial lawyers research legal precedents and judicial decisions to analyze the case. 
• Draft documents: Trial lawyers draft and file legal documents for their cases. 
• Present evidence: Trial lawyers present and dispute evidence in court, following a set of rules. 
• Argue motions: Trial lawyers argue motions in court. 
• Meet with clients: Trial lawyers meet with clients to discuss their cases. 
• Contact witnesses: Trial lawyers contact witnesses to gather information for their case. 
• Take depositions: Trial lawyers take depositions from witnesses.
