Amicorp Group is hiring a Trust Lawyer with experience of 10 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Anticipate and manage the impact of any emerging regulatory, taxation or legal changes and ensure compliance related risk addressed on behalf of the client.
• Support the Local Management Team, Client Acceptance Committee ("CAC") and Compliance to find commercial solutions to onboarding and on-going client administration/service as appointed member of the CAC.
• Ensure that "Know Your Customer" rules are adhered to and that client operates within the framework.
• Comply with all internal procedures regarding thecorrect use of automated programs for recording all required client and company data.

Eligibility

• At least 10 years of experience working withtrust/ estate law, ideally with a business in asimilar industry.
• Strong commercial mindset, takes initiative,positive and proactive, dedicated, focused andrevenue and target driven.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent client facing skills. Well-developed spoken and written communication skills and theability to tailor style to relevant audiences, and successfully liaise with people at different levels.
• Excellent English language fluency; addition all languages preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
