Organized by Law Mantra Trust in collaboration with the Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights (CIIPR), Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab. Both institutions are dedicated to advancing legal education, research, and innovation in the fields of law and technology.

The seminar aims to address the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI), data protection, and legal frameworks. It seeks to explore ethical, policy, and regulatory challenges associated with AI-driven data usage and privacy protection in India and abroad.

Call for Papers
Law Mantra Trust invites papers from academicians, researchers, professionals, and students on themes such as data protection, AI governance, digital privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical AI. Selected papers will be published in an edited book with an ISBN.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts of about 250–300 words must be submitted with the author’s name, designation, institution, and contact details.
- Papers should be 4,000–10,000 words, typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double spaced, and
- formatted per Indian Law Institute (ILI) citation style.
Formatting Guidelines
Main title in capital letters and bold, sub-titles in sentence case and bold, footnotes in Times New Roman 12-point font. Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and in MS Word format (2007 or later).
Registration and Application Details
Only selected abstracts will be eligible for registration. Participants must register after confirmation by emailing [email protected] and completing the google form link:
Registration Fees (if any)
₹800 for Students and ₹1200 for Faculty/Professionals/Research Scholars. Both author and co-author must register separately.
Awards
Selected papers will be published in an ISBN-bearing edited book. Certificates of participation will be issued to all registered participants.
