Details of the Job/Internship
ARDEM Data Services is hiring a U.S. Legal Associate (Legal Data Entry Specialist) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires immediate joining and includes night shift work, with responsibilities related to high-volume legal data processing and clerical support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile, sort and verify data accuracy before entry.
- Locate and correct data entry errors.
- Compare data with source documents or re-enter data for verification.
- Review, fact-check and process invoices.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Input new case data and communicate with internal teams and clients.
- Assist with uploading, filing, scheduling and general legal office support.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Litigation support experience is a plus.
- Any graduate with a diploma or degree in law.
- Prior night shift experience is mandatory.
- Must have a PC/laptop and broadband connection.
- Hardware requirements: Windows laptop (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM, FHD display), AnyDesk software and 100 Mbps internet speed.
