LawSikho is hiring an UI/UX Designer with experience of 4 to 5 years to join their office Online.
Role and Responsibilities
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows, allowing for early-stage testing and iteration.
- Wireframing: Develop detailed wireframes that outline the structure, navigation, and functionality of the application interfaces, ensuring user-centered design principles.
- Figma Design: Use Figma to design high-fidelity UI components, screens, and entire interfaces, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- User Research & Testing: Collaborate with UX researchers to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all digital products.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of
- continuous learning and improvement within the design team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, user flow diagrams, and interaction guidelines.
Eligibility
- Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on rapid prototyping, wireframing, and interface design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Understanding of Design Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome design challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and a high level of quality in all deliverables.
