Details of the Job/Internship

Owneso Legal Consulting is hiring for the position of US Employment Law Paralegal with 3 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to Texas employment and business law cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and depositions.
• Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain client records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in Texas.
• Support attorneys in discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Provide general litigation support as needed.

Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience in employment and business law litigation, with a focus on Texas law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with U.S.-based teams.
