TechClub Inc is hiring for the position of US Immigration Specialist 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Immigration Compliance & Case Management
- Handle end-to-end H-1B visa processing (new, transfer, amendment, extension).
- File and maintain Labor Condition Applications (LCA) and Public Access Files (PAF).
- Oversee legal documentation and petition filing with USCIS.
- Track and manage employment authorizations (EAD, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT).
- Maintain and update immigration case logs and reporting dashboards.
- Employee Onboarding & Verification
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure accurate I-9 verification and E-Verify submissions.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors on immigration and compliance requirements.
- HR & Payroll Operations
- Draft offer letters and assist with general HR operations.
- Manage employee profiles using ADP Workforce Now, including payroll setup and compliance.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in US immigration processes and HR coordination.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization categories and USCIS procedures.
- Experience working with ADP or similar HR/payroll platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours.
